HUD Upgrade: Enhanced Target Acquisition

This HUD upgrade increases the speed at which you are able to acquire new targets when using distance attacks. It has the secondary bonuses of increasing Rifle and Aimed Shot skills, and giving a small bonus to the chance of scoring a critical hit.
