Empowered Reflective Field

The strange lands of the Shadowlands interfered with the operation of the normal reflection shields, leading to the development of the Empowered shields. These shields surround the target with a defensive barrier that deflects a portion of all damage being dealt by the attacker away from the target. Some of this damage is deflected back onto the attacker.
